Waitlist Booking Page

If the desired lot on the booking page is unavailable, the client can be added to the Waitlist. The Waitlist is a queue of clients who are waiting for a specific lot to become available.

Campground administrators can manage the Waitlist through the Waitlist Admin Panel, which is located under the Config menu. This allows admins to monitor, prioritize, and notify clients when a lot becomes available.

Adding a Client to the Waitlist

A client can add themselves to the waitlist from the booking page. All they need to do is click on the Join Waitlist button. The client will be prompted to enter their name, email, phone number, arrival date, departure date, and the lot they are waiting for. Once the client has entered this information, they will be added to the waitlist.
