Upgrading Downgrading

Subscription levels can be upgrade and or downgraded. The only caveat is when downgrading to the Free plan after you've upgraded to a paid plan (Standard or Premium).

Example:

  • Once you start using the Free plan either on your initial sign up or because you have downgraded from a paid plan.

  • You will not be able to toggle back to the Free plan until a six month billing cycle has passed.

  • Once the six month billing cycle has passed you will then be able to downgrade to the Free plan.

Switching Subscription Plans

When switching your subscription the billing cycle will start at the time you switched plans.
This means that your payment for the new plan will be due at the same time as usual, but it will be for the new plan instead of the old one. Your payment will be calculated based on the new plan's pricing and subscription period.

Once you’ve completed the upgrade/downgrade, your new subscription plan will be active. You will also immediately have access to the features that are identified for the selected plan.

Upgrading/Downgrading

If you’d like to Upgrade or Downgrade your subscription plan, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to Admin -> Campground Settings -> Billing

  3. On the Billing page, click on the View All Plans button.

  4. On the Subscription Plans page, click on the select button of the plan you would like to choose.

  5. If you are downgrading you will be warn about changes that will occur on you account in order to comply with the selected plan.

Account Changes when Downgrading from a Premium Plan to a Standard Plan

The following doesn't include the lost of features but only what will actually be disabled, deleted and or lost by downgrading.

When downgrading from a premium plan to a standard plan several changes will occur to your account in order to ensure you system meets the selected platform changes.

Here are the changes that will occur to your account:

  • All waivers will be deactivated.

  • All gate access numbers will be deactivated.

  • All lot driving directions will be deactivated.

  • All lot notifications will be deactivated.

Account Changes when Downgrading from a Premium Plan to a Free Plan

Note

The following doesn't include the lost of features but only what will actually be disabled, deleted and or lost by downgrading.

Downgrading from a Premium Plan to a Free Plans will result in the following changes made to your account.

  • All date brownouts will be deactivated.

  • All users except the current user will be deactivated.

  • Any reservation tags will be lost.

  • All custom lot types will be reverted to their defaults.

  • Lot images won’t be displayed on your client portal.

  • You will no longer have access to reservation add-ons.

  • All waivers will be deactivated.

  • All gate access numbers will be deactivated.

  • All lot driving directions will be deactivated.

  • All lot notifications will be deactivated.

Account Changes when Downgrading from a Standard Plan to a Free Plan

Downgrading from a Standard Plan to a Free Plans will result in the following changes made to your account.

  • All date brownouts will be deactivated.

  • All users except the current user will be deactivated.

  • Any reservation tags will be lost.

  • All custom lot types will be reverted to their defaults.

  • Lot images won’t be displayed on your client portal.
