Reset Online User Password
This document will guide you through to reset a client password to access their online account.
The following steps must be performed by the account holder.
Go to the Client Portal and click on the Login Icon.
At the Login screen click on the Password Reset link.
Enter your email. This is the client's email address where the password reset email will be sent.
An email address will be sent to the client’s email. The client will need to login into their email account and click on the Reset My Password link.
Once the Reset My Password link is clicked a password reset page will open where they will need to enter their new password.
Once the new password has been accepted and saved the client will then be navigated to the Client Portal Login screen where they will need to login to their account using their email address and new password.
