Lot Client Communication
The client communication switch allows you to enable or disable the client communication for the lot. This will allow you to control whether the client will receive automated system communications associated with the lot.
Example:
- Let's say that you have several lots that you would prefer not to send automated system communications for. You can disable the client communication for those lots and they will not receive any automated system communications.
Note
This will not affect any manual communications that you send. You will still be able to send manual communications to the client even if the client communication is disabled. Only the automated system communications will be affected.
Enable/Disable Client Communication¶
To enable or disable the client communication, follow these steps:
- Go to the Lots panel.
- Double click on the lot you want to edit.
- Scroll down to the Client Communication section.

Click on the Enable/Disable Client Communication button.
Viewing The Client Communication in the Grid¶
The grid will display the client communication status for each lot. You can quickly see if the client communication is enabled or disabled for each lot.
Bulk Setting Client Communication¶
You can apply the same client communication setting to multiple lots by selecting the lots you want from the grid and clicking on the Bulk menu and selecting Client Communication.
