Lot Pictures Descriptions
Lot pictures and descriptions are a great way to showcase your lots to potential customers. Pictures and descriptions are displayed on the lot details page and also on the lot details listing of the booking page.
You can have individual lot pictures and descriptions for each lot or you can have a default set of pictures and descriptions that are used for all lots using the Rates.
Pictures and descriptions added to a lot will have precedence over the pictures and descriptions added to the Rates. If no pictures or descriptions are added to a given lot then the pictures and descriptions associated to the Rate will be displayed for this lot when your clients book online.
Adding Pictures and Descriptions to a Lot¶
To add pictures and descriptions to your lots simply edit your lot from the Lot grid and scroll down to the Pictures and Descriptions section. Upload your pictures and organize them as you see fit. Add your descriptions and click Save to save your changes.
- Go to the Lots panel.
- Double click on the lot you want to edit.
- Scroll down to the bottom.
- Enter your description in the description text box.
- Upload your pictures by clicking on the upload button below.
Adding Pictures and Descriptions to a Rate¶
When adding pictures and descriptions to a Rate these will be used as the default pictures and descriptions for all lots associated to that Rate. To add pictures and descriptions to a Rate simply edit the Rate from the Rates grid and scroll down to the Pictures and Descriptions section. Upload your pictures and organize them as you see fit. Add your descriptions and click Save to save your changes.
- Go to the Rates panel.
- Double click on the rate you want to edit.
- Scroll down to the bottom.
- Enter your description in the description text box.
- Upload your pictures by clicking on the upload button below.
Viewing Pictures and Descriptions on the Booking Page¶
To view what your lot pictures and descriptions will look like on the online booking page simply click on the Open Booking Page button. This will open up the booking page for that lot in a new tab.
- Go to the Lots grid.
- Click on the Open Booking Page button.
