Lot Utilities

The lot utilities allow you to customize the utilities that are displayed for each lot on your online booking page. This allows you to tailor the utilities for each lot based on your campground's needs.

Note

If the lot utility is disabled/set to No then the lot utility will not be displayed on the booking page. This is useful if you have a lot that does not have water, electric, or sewer and you want to hide that information from the client repetively.

Setting Lot Utilities

To modify the lot utilities, follow these steps:

• Go to the Lots panel.
• Double click on the lot you want to edit.
• Scroll down to the Lot Utilities section.

• Then set the Water, Electric, and Sewer settings as needed.

  

Viewing The Lot Utilities in the Grid

The grid will display the lot utilities status for each lot. You can quickly see if the lot has water, electric, and sewer.

Bulk Setting Client Communication

You can apply the same lot utilities setting to multiple lots by selecting the lots you want from the grid and clicking on the Bulk menu and selecting Lot Utilities.

Once the bulk menu is selected you will be able to select the lot utilities you want to apply to the selected lots.
