Online Checkout Options

The online checkout options feature allows you to customize the checkout process for your online bookings. You can now choose to enable or disable the following options for your clients:

Modifying Online Checkout Options

To modify the online checkout options for a lot, follow these steps:

  • Go to the Lots panel.
  • Double click on the lot you want to edit.
  • Scroll down to the bottom.
  • Select shich options you want to enable or disable.
  • Click Save to save your changes.

PitchCamp Online Checkout Options

  • Require Occupants Enumeration: This option requires clients to specify the number of occupants for their reservation. This is useful for campgrounds that charge per person or have occupancy limits for their lots.

  • Require Vehicle Information: This option requires clients to provide vehicle information, such as the make, model, and license plate number. This is useful for campgrounds that need to track vehicle information for security or registration purposes.

  • Require Unit Length: This option requires clients to specify the length of their RV or trailer. This ensures that the client doesn't try to book a lot that is too small for their unit.

  • Require Slide Outs: This option requires clients to specify the number of slide outs on their RV or trailer. This is useful for campgrounds that need to ensure that the lot can accommodate the client's unit.

  • Display Products Addons: This option allows you to display product and service add-ons during the checkout process. This is useful for campgrounds that offer additional services, such as firewood, propane, or equipment rentals.
