Lot Stay Duration Availability
The lot stay duration availability allows you to customize the minimum and maximum stay duration for your online lots.
This allows you to taylor the stay duration for each lot based on your campground's needs.
Example:
- You can create multiple rules to define a date range along with minimum and maximum stay durations for that period.
- A rule can enforce a minimum stay, a maximum stay, or both.
- Rules can be applied to all lots or a specific lot.
- The minimum stay rule ensures that guests must book for at least the specified number of nights if their reservation falls within or overlaps with the defined date range.
- The maximum stay rule limits the number of nights a guest can book within the specified date range, applying only to the portion of their stay that falls within the defined period.
Adding a New Stay Duration Rule¶
To add a new stay duration rule, follow these steps:
- Go to the Lots panel.
- Double click on the lot you want to edit.
- Scroll down to the Stay Duration Availability section.
- Click on the Add button.
- Select the date range for the rule.
- Enter the minimum and maximum stay durations.
- Note: If you don't want to use the maximum stay duration for this rule then click on the No Max Limit button. Same applies for the minimum stay duration.

Click Save to save your changes.
Viewing Stay Duration Rules in the Grid¶
Any rules will display in the grid for quick reference.
When you hover over the rule you will see the details of the rule in a tooltip.
Bulk Adding Stay Duration Rules¶
You can apply the same rule to multiple lots by selecting the lots you want from the grid and clicking on the Bulk menu and selecting Online Stay Duration Schedule.
Viewing Stay Duration Rules on the Booking Page¶
Go to your booking page and select a date range that falls within the rule you created. You will see the rule displayed on the booking page.
When a lot is unavailable due to a stay duration rule, the stay duration schedule will be displayed on the booking page. This will inform the client of the stay duration rule that is preventing them from booking the lot.
