Minimum Stay

The minimum stay for reservations is a setting that can be applied to individual rates which are associated to your lots. This setting allows you to set the minimum number of nights that a guest must stay on a lot or cabin etc...

This is useful when you have lots that you want to rent for a minimum number of nights. For example, you may have a lot that you only want to rent for a minimum of 3 nights. By setting the minimum stay to 3 nights the system will automatically prevent reservations from being made for less than 3 nights.

Setting the Minimum Stay

To set the minimum stay for a rate follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Admin and Rates section.

  2. Select the rate you would like to set the minimum stay for by double clicking on the rate. Remember that rates are associated to your lots so you will need to set the minimum stay for each rate that you want to apply the setting to. setting min night rental

  3. In the rate edit panel you will see a Min Night Rental Online field. Enter the minimum number of nights that you would like to set for the rate. edit rates

  4. Click on the Save button to save the changes.
