Viewing Past End of Shift

Viewing past end of shift receipts allows you to view the past entries that were completed by you. It also allows you to reprint a past report.

Note

If you have Admin privileges then you will be able to see all users past end of shifts entries. If you don't have admin privileges then you'll only see the entries that were completed by you.

Opening the Past End of Shift

  • To view the past end of shift select Till -> Past End of Shift from top main menu.

  • This will open the past till end of shift window.

Searching for Past End of Shift

  • Once the past end of shift dialog is open you will be able to search for past entries form the top search bar.

  • The search bar will use your entered keyword to search on the following fields:

    • Sequence Number
    • Completed By ID
    • Notes

Opening Up a Past End of Shift

  • To open up a past end of shift simply click on the Select Icon action button of the item you would like to open.

  • This will open up the report where you will be able to reprint the end of day.
